In June of 2011 i bought Hoagy Charmichael’s collection of New Old Stock (NOS) reel parts. These parts included original Edward vom Hofe, Julius vom Hofe, and Walker pieces. In this collection there are screws, drag disks, drag arms, ebonite reel faces, feet, and parts I can’t identify.Call if you are looking for any parts; I will either have it or be able to make it for you!
Please note: I am finding that these reels were semi-hand made. There are a lot of similarities but a lot of differences! I can’t just send you a handle nut for a EVH #4/0. There are many sizes, many shapes and many threads. Your best bet is to call me or e-mail, and then be prepared to send me the reel or the part to see if there is something in the collection that fits.
